Snow is headed our way- and it could be a significant amount. In Connecticut, there is a potential for up to 8 inches of fresh snow on Saturday. If temps start climbing too high, heavy rain could put a damper on skiing and boarding conditions for the weekend. Fingers crossed for cold, cold air!

Elsewhere, the weekend weather looks mellow, but the season has been friendly enough that virtually every resort is an option.  In Vermont, New Hampshire, and the rest of our pals up north, the conditions have been great for snowmaking all season.  Okemo, VT is 100 percent open, featuring 120 open trails.  Waterville Valley, NH has 49 of 50 trails open, and would be a great choice for this weekend.

Looking for something fun for the family this weekend? Saturday is Yeti Day at Mohawk Mountain!  As pictured above, Goggles the Yeti is ready for a great time!  A fun-filled day with music, games, prizes, and plenty of other activities around the mountain.
